1. General Return Policy
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and include all original packaging and tags.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used pet food products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@glowtopix.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RA number, and use a trackable shipping method to send it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us at contact@glowtopix.xyz to request an exchange.
- You will need to return the original item first. Once we receive it, we will send the new item at no additional shipping charge.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@glowtopix.xyz with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
